The Office Coordinator provides assistance in a variety of functions including supervision of residents, assistance with activities, marketing and other assigned administrative and/or clerical tasks and participates as a member of the management team.



    • Coordinates office operations and workflow to achieve goals and efficient operations.
    • Hires, orients, prepares schedules, assigns duties and evaluates job performance of staff.
    • Oversees time/payroll records of assigned department.
    • Assists with billing functions and administration support as needed.
    • Generates appropriate operating and/or financial reports.
    • Procures and maintains adequate quantities of supplies while ensuring compliance to budgets.
    • Serves as key resource in enhancing employee engagement through development of key strategies and projects designed to raise morale.
    • Participates in administrative, management and departmental staff meetings as scheduled or as requested.
    • Maintains established policies, procedures, directives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards appropriate to the position.

Education and/or Experience

High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum three years administrative and/or management or other related experience required. Other department specific experience may be required.


Business, management, computer or related education preferred.


Computer Skills

Proficient to advanced computer skills in Windows-style applications required.


Department specific software knowledge preferred.


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Department specific certification may be required.
